Next up was the demo duo of Ken Jinks and Brian McGurk giving folks a sneak-peak of the future.

The duo, along with their fearless leader Donal O’Sullivan, fielded tough technical questions from all comers – with barely enough time to down a few of the excellent fries, sliders, crab cakes and whiskey punch.
